We ship internationally to customers worldwide. Our standard shipping estimated delivery window is:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Atolea Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs inspection delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages
